ANeT-Work - Order Management System

The ANeT-Work system is designed for the monitoring of time/status of orders and relating efficiency of assigned human resources. It connects information on employees attendance with information, for example, on where, how much time and on which orders particular employees worked. By using the modern technology of our solution, even a customer may find directly, by looking in the suppliers database, at what stage of progress his order is.

ANeT-Work may also be used as a data source for the ERP company information systems. The system is highly variable, so that it meets the requirements of a wide range of customers (from the sectors of industry, trade, development, etc.).

ANeT-Work allows you to:

assign resources,

record the execution of an order and its stages,

1.monitor the productivity of employees,

monitor the order efficiency

statistically evaluate the execution of an order

optimise repeated operations

create knowledge databases from previously implemented solutions

make data for determining direct order costs

Connection to the ERP Systems

The ANeT-Work order system has a very important position as one of the information sources for ERP. To gain all benefits that the ERP system provides it is necessary to have inputs of appropriate quality the more quality data are contained in the system, the wider the possibilities of its use are. In the case of the ERP system, it is necessary to obtain data directly from employees, which means that it has to assured that  employees enter data themselves. Ideal is to enter data by using terminals, bar code readers, etc. And this is exactly what ANeT WORK does.

The managers of individual departments only manage and check the obtained data. It gives the management precise and immediate information on the condition and performance of any order and thus it gains herewith the previously unreachable possibility to quickly and precisely react on particular requirements of customers, to find the condition and problems in executing orders. Owing to this system, it can give exact instructions and requirements to a particular person or department. With regard to the possibility of using the www client, all the necessary information may also be obtained anytime and anywhere in the world.

People

In the system, persons are divided to two logical categories centres and groups. These categories have different characteristics:

Centres correspond to the centres in ANeT-TIME an attendance system. The division of persons to centres is mainly based on the internal structure of a company. An example may be the centre of programmers, administration, etc.

Virtually, groups are teams of employees who will be assigned to individual tasks. They may certainly be identical with centres, but very often they contain employees from different centres or departments who are assigned with tasks. The most substantial difference from centres is that each person may be assigned to any number of groups. Groups are assigned to individual orders.

Orders

New orders may be entered into the system, or they may be created according to the Typical model; for example, the installation of a product at a customer's site can consist of a number of orders from contacting the customer, through preparing installation to completing it and handing it over to the customer. As regards the system, these may be separate orders. All these orders will be identical for each customer and will only differ by the name of a customer.

Relations between Orders

When creating orders, very often a situation occurs where it is necessary or convenient to define particular relations between individual orders. Typically, for example, the development of software begins with the preparation and specification of the goals of an application followed by its design and final testing.

Companies

As it has been said in the paragraph dealing with orders, it is possible to determine that a particular order is an order for a particular company and a client from that company. This option brings another option of working with the system. The persons defined here may monitor the progress of work on their own orders!

Further optimising of resources can thus be achieved the customer sees exactly how much work has been done on his order, which suborders are already completed, which of them are expected to be processed, he may estimate the date at which they will be finished or he may intervene directly in the manufacturing process. He thus gains an unheard level of control and flexibility.

As regards the system, companies behave as folders and clients as individual items in these folders.

Reports

The ANeT Work system allows you to present the processed data clearly arranged by a large variety of reports. If your company requires different reports from those contained, they can be made to order and  imported using a simple procedure.
