Basic characteristic of the attendance system
Organization is divided to individual departments and sub-departments. Each person who is monitored in the attendance system has his/her own personal card. The card contains basic person's data with possibility to insert his/her photo, working hours, Labour record and type of employment. Working hour model (standard loads, standard broken loads, shift, automatic shift, shift with collective shifts, shift with direct settings, shift with direct settings with break, open ....), identification personal micro-chips (access cards, bangles) are assigned to each employee. Persons and department clock-ins/outs, last/group clock-ins/outs.Clock-ins/outs of each person are performed using terminals in entire company. These clock-ins/outs are then pivotal information to attandence evaluation. You can monitor individual or department clock-ins/outs.
Working sheet is basic output from the attendance system, it provides arranged list of all clock-ins/outs in defined time interval, calculates total work time, overtimes and other accounts. It can be easily edited. Information about working list can be performed by any user with access rights for asked person. Working sheet is checked and accepted (closed for modifications) in the end of period.
The difference between work time and theoretical work time is called balance. Balance calculation can be set to weekly or monthly mode.
