By using the ANeT-Guard system, you can efficiently limit free and uncontrolled movement of people in particular areas. The system records and controls passages of people via sensors and proximity sensors and access mechanisms (turnstiles, bar gates, etc.). The passage of a person through a zone is permitted based on the evaluation of the chip or non-contact medium or PIN.
The entire area where persons access will be monitored, logged, and (as appropriate) also managed is divided into access zones. Special electronic sensors are installed in these zones. Like all other ANeT systems, the ANeT-Guard system is based on unambiguous identification of persons using no-contact chip cards or contact chips. Whenever a terminal reads a cards or chips internal code, a record is made of this event in the system, including the necessary event parameters (time, place, etc.). This record is made without regard to the cardholders access rights. Then, on the basis of this recorded data, the cardholders right to move through or enter the monitored zone is verified, within the given context of time, place, etc. Besides managing concrete access devices, ANeT-Guard can put other security systems into action (for example, it can set off an alarm). Both a network version and a local version of ANeT-Guard can be used.
The entire guarded area, where access of persons must be monitored, recorded and/or controlled according to their authorizations, is divided to access zones, in which electronic sensors are installed. The location of such sensors can be displayed on a well-arranged diagram.
As the other ANeT system, also the ANeT-Guard system is based on the unique identification of persons by means of non-contact chip cards or contact chips. Based on reading the inner code of the card by the appropriate terminal, regardless of the authorization of the card holder, a record of this event is always made in the system including other parameters (place, time, etc.). Then, based on these stored data, the card holders authorization for passage or access to the monitored zone is verified in time, topological and other connections. Apart from the control of particular access mechanisms, ANeT-Guard can initiate the operation of other security systems (e.g. to activate an alarm). ANeT-Guard is operated in both network and local versions.
The passage reading system is comprised of electronic sensors located in places where it is necessary to monitor passages and possibly also control access of persons (i.e. entrances to buildings and offices, to premises, car parks, etc.
Control unit a special device providing all access functions. It is located into inaccessible areas inside protected zones.
Definition of access models creating of access models (permission or ban on access depending on time and place) in the program for groups or individuals. When configuring the system, these access models are assigned to persons and sensors. To facilitate the work in creating relations between terminals, access models and persons or centres, there is an option to define an access role which represents a relation between terminals or zones and an access model and which may be subsequently assigned to particular persons, which significantly facilitates the configuration when introducing the system. For checking the correct assignment of access rights, the system is also supplemented with a well-arranged statement of all settings for a particular terminal, and thus the relations between persons, centres, terminals, zones and access models can be easily checked.
Monitoring of passages via locks based on recorded data, passages may be routed and the presence of selected persons may be checked in a set time interval for a particular zone.
Antipassback system for guarding repeated entries into one zone (each entry must have an exit).
Status monitoring on selected monitors (e.g. in the porters lodge), the immediate status of the system can be monitored (an attempt at unauthorized or violent entry, etc.). In extraordinary events (a fire, a thief in the premises), the system may be put in the FREE status (permanently open) or the BLOCKED status (permanently closed).
